Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a Talent Partner to optimize recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
  • Engage with candidates through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases on a weekly basis.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and talent attraction strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled university student with an interest in HR, recruitment, or employer branding.
  • Fluent in English (B2+) and French (B2+)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach.
