In this role, you will design, implement, and manage training programs, ensuring our team meets and exceeds service standards.
Feladatok
Develop & deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees. Monitor and assess customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) to ensure service excellence. Identify trends & implement improvements to enhance training and quality processes. Work closely with teams to bridge knowledge gaps and optimize service delivery. Lead certification processes & ensure compliance with industry best practices.
