Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets, budgets, and expand the customer base in outsourcing services
  • Conduct meetings with key clients, establishing long-term relationships and seeking new client acquisition opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Outsourcing to monitor projects and achieve KPIs
  • Manage client relationships independently, negotiate, and close deals
  • Always seek new opportunities with clients

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of managerial experience in the outsourcing industry (sales, marketing, production, logistics, industrial sectors)
  • At least 1 years of experience in managing FMCG/Retail/Pharma/Beverages/Tobacco companies or very similar industry
  • Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good negotiation and hunter sales attitude
  • A Category B driver's license and willingness to travel for business
