Sales executive – events and celebrations

• Handle smaller incoming corporate group and event inquiries
• Record group and event blocks in the Opera Cloud system, ensuring continuous updates
• Prepare contracts for business groups and events, issue pro forma invoices, manage rooming lists
• Process FUPs, emails, and send BEOs, ensuring all operational departments receive detailed event instructions
• Organise sales calls and site inspections for the sales managers
• Support the daily administration work and correspondence with clients 
• Collaborate with all other departments, especially with the F&B team and the Chef

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism and Hotel Management
• Previous experience in event or group sales is an advantage 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Hungarian and English
• Knowledge of OPERA Cloud is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong administration skills, attention to detail
• Positive attitude and flexibility at work

The Verdi Budapest Aquincum Hotel, a 310-bedroom and suite hotel, is seeking an enthusiastic, customer- and revenue-oriented sales executive. The person in this position would support the daily work of the sales managers and be responsible for the business groups and events.
