Regulatory reporting lead analyst

This Regulatory Reporting team lead analyst role is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely preparation and submission of regulatory reports under country specific Regulatory rules and instructions.
This role also involves supporting the Recovery and Resolution planning (RRP) deliverables.
Key activities include:

• Ensure Regulatory Capital and MCS Target Ratios data accuracy, consistency with actuals and estimates for RRP purposes, including weekly/intra-month capital
• Be the point of contact for RRP team, and communicate anomalies to forecast model owners
• Perform Regulatory Capital upload, and adjustments to forecasted Regulatory Capital, if required
• Perform RWA upload, and adjustments to forecasted RWA, if required
• Perform variances analysis and apply solid knowledge to ensure Regulatory Capital provides to RRP is aligned with local capital rules
• Participate in regulatory reporting requirements review session, to determine the impact on the Regulatory Capital and resolution planning.

• University/College degree in finance/accounting.
• 7+ years of work experience in financial, regulatory or risk reporting / auditing roles.
• Detailed knowledge of CRR / Basel rules.
• Good understanding of Accounting & Finance principles and Financial Markets and products/Regulatory Reporting requirements.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills In English.
• Proven advanced track record in financial reporting and analysis. Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and experience in preparing comprehensive reports and analyses.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
