Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interdepartmental alignment for need assessments.
  • Create tender and evaluation documents (e.g., RfP, RfI).
  • Conduct market research and identify providers.
  • Handle provider queries and conduct negotiations.
  • Manage multiple procurement projects of varying complexity.
  • Perform financial analyses and build Excel models for evaluation.
  • Prepare decision materials for senior management.
  • Oversee service contracting with cross-department collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with approval procedures and update contract inventory.
  • Support process improvements and automation tool development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 3 years’ experience in procurement or related fields.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
