Procurement Intern - Operations Spot Buyer

• Supporting Purchase Order (PO) Management
• Handling procurement-related Help Desk tickets and requests
• Supporting Invoice Exception Management
• Managing and updating Outline Agreements
• Supporting Ariba Enablement and Troubleshooting, including e-invoicing-related processes
• Maintaining and updating Vendor Master Data
• Communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
• Making outbound phone calls to suppliers and stakeholders to speed up the resolution of requests
• Supporting various operational procurement activities and projects
• Working closely with international colleagues and other business functions

• Active full-time student status
• At least 1 year of remaining student status
• Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week
• Confident English communication skills
• Confident German or Italian communication skills
• Strong verbal communication skills and willingness to communicate by phone
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team
• Interest in procurement, supply chain or business operations

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Experience with SAP Ariba
• Previous experience with procurement or ERP systems
• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain or business administration

• Gross HUF 2,400/hour
• Highly flexible working hours to fit your university schedule
• Hybrid working model: 2–3 office days per week, with the remaining days available for home office
• Flexible working hours – you can work from early morning until late evening depending on your university schedule
