• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing across EMEA.
  • Address and resolve payroll issues with root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with global policies and local tax/labor laws.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and external vendors.
  • Drive continuous improvements for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Develop payroll KPIs and enhance service delivery models.
  • Implement best practices for payroll documentation and controls.
  • Maintain payroll data integrity across HR and payroll systems.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with security policies.
  • Lead a team of five, fostering operational excellence.
  • Manage payroll projects within timelines and budgets.
  • Serve as a backup for payroll processes when needed.
  • Work with Global Payroll and external vendors to optimize services.
  • Monitor compliance and address payroll discrepancies proactively.

Elvárások:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in global payroll
  • fluent English is a must (any additional language skill is an advantage)
  • full proficiency in Excel
  • strong understanding of core payroll management and processes
  • leadership is experience
  • good communication skills
  • proactivity, hands-on mentality
  • willingness to travel
