Outbound Shift Leader

As an Outbound Shift Leader, you will be at the heart of our order completion process, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely, high-quality deliveries.
What you will do:
  • Coordinate team leaders and supplier staff for efficient workflows
  • Manage shift scheduling and workforce allocation for optimal coverage
  • Oversee administrative tasks and maintain accurate reporting
  • Monitor and improve warehouse performance, including productivity and discipline, process improvements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing order accuracy, slot availability, and on-time deliveries
  • Solve operational challenges with quick decision-making
  • Maintain safety and compliance, ensuring health and safety rules are followed

Expectation:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Shift Leader, managing up to 50 team members
  • Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English, fostering smooth cross-team collaboration
  • Advanced technical proficiency and a data-driven mindset
  • Composed under pressure, thriving in fast-paced operations
  • Customer-focused attitude
