The Junior Field Service Representative will be part of the Budapest Service Support Team, assisting the Electrical Field Service operations in the United Kingdom region. The primary function is to provide Service Sales and Field Service teams with pre- and post-sales administrative support, including maintenance service administration, contract management, processing field service reports, scheduling, product related services, as well as managing product problems/warranty and application assistance received via phone, email or Web.
Tasks:- Administrate service maintenance tasks of all types carried out by field services work force using relevant databases and applications to ensure up-to-date data for all customers at all times.
- Meet the quotation and contract administration requirements set by field service and service sales teams, supporting sales targets for Emergency Lighting products and related service maintenance contracts.
- Proactively act to understand and solve customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.
- Constant cooperation wh Emergency Lighintg sales, service and technical support departments in order to acquire and maintain an extensive knowledge of the internal workings of these departments and their processes.
- Able to detect and escalate problem or error with data that he/she is responsible for.
- Proactive participation in team related tasks (projects, events, visitors,extra tasks.
- Provide assistance in database cleansing activities.
Working hours:Monday to Friday, 30 hours of work per week
