About the role:

Corvinus University of Budapest has over a 100-year-old history and is one of the leading universities in Hungary in Business and Management, Economics, and Social Sciences.

We have around 9000  students, of which, approximately 20% are international.

We are looking for a full-time Institutional Erasmus and Pannonia Coordinator to join the International Mobility Team at Corvinus University.

About the role

 

  • You will be responsible for maintaining contact with the Tempus Public Foundation and submitting institutional applications, including Erasmus+ and Pannonia programmes.
  • You will manage institutional contracts, monitor the implementation of awarded projects, both financially and legally, and submit interim and final reports to the Tempus Public Foundation.
  • You will be in charge of institutional student applications, coordinating across other organisational units, including internal processes, policy documents and communication campaigns.

  • You have a university degree
  • You have excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Hungarian
  • You have experience in higher education and internationalisation
  • You are confident MS Office user 
  • You are precise and can work independently and in a team
  • You have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with various stakeholders
  • You can develop and follow regulations and deadlines
