Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g., Virtual Edge)
  • Ability to work with ATS software
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • CIPD qualification is a plus
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must be fluent in Hungarian and English, additional languages will be highly valuable
