
HR Administrator

Job summary:
- Support the administration for the entire operational HR work along the employee life cycle for the DACH region
- Accompany and support respective employees throughout their employee lifecycle with a strong focus on operational HR topics and administrative procedures e.g., contract preparation and changes, onboarding checklist or maintaining files and data
- Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces
- Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and access to be in line with policies
- Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
- Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR Solution Center Europe
Requirements:
- Fluent in English + German
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
- Focus on quality management, full attention to details and strong customer orientation
- Enjoying to work in an international environment and in teams with a mindset of thinking global and acting local
