HR Administrator

Our multinational partner company is looking for an HR Administrator candidate.

Job summary:

  • Support the administration for the entire operational HR work along the employee life cycle for the DACH region
  • Accompany and support respective employees throughout their employee lifecycle with a strong focus on operational HR topics and administrative procedures e.g., contract preparation and changes, onboarding checklist or maintaining files and data
  • Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces
  • Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and access to be in line with policies
  • Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
  • Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR Solution Center Europe

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English + German
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
  • Focus on quality management, full attention to details and strong customer orientation
  • Enjoying to work in an international environment and in teams with a mindset of thinking global and acting local
