German-speaking Recruitment Coordinator

• Play a crucial role within a recruiting team, working to support activities related to the recruitment process.
• Communicate with Hiring Managers and candidates on a daily basis.
• Coordinate candidates’ interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Supporting the onboarding process by handling HR-related tasks.
• Represent the RSR recruiting organization to stakeholders and candidates focusing on exceptional customer service and consistency of high-quality work.
• Manage ad hoc administrative tasks through the recruiting and hiring cycle.
• Going to the office together with your great team once a week :-) .

• Previous corporate exposure is preferred, especially in roles based on administrative tasks or customer service ones.
• Fluency in English and German (B2 level minimum).
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Being proactive and willing to pursue your career in the recruitment or HR industry.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to keep all tasks and projects on track.
