As a regional order management specialist, you'll handle orders from diverse channels like electronic data interchange (EDI), Esker (optical character read tool), on-line (web orders), punchout, customer specific ordering platforms.
Be at the forefront of process improvements, contributing your innovative ideas to elevate customer experiences. Your precision and responsiveness will help us achieve service level targets.
Collaborate with different departments and participate in projects.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and in German

MS Office (Excel) knowledge
