Contract Fulfillment Specialist

• Be responsible for the operation of contract fulfillment business, identify and resolve business issues during the operation to ensure compliance and successful execution;
• Conduct the Shared Service (PO receiving and processing / Contract registration/Contract billing/Contract change) of responsible areas, locate and resolve daily business issues to improve transaction processing quality and efficiency;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams of Rep office to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Be self-motivated, conscientious and team player
• MS Office
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Mandarin is an asset.

Huawei Hungary is growing! As a result, we're looking for a Contract Fulfillment Specialist to join our new-established team in Budapest. We have 4 share centers around the world, Hungary Share center is the one which provide services for EU, Middle East, Africa…. The main duties are supporting contract purchase order registration, contract change, contract billing and cash collection, manage and monitor the operation of the global contract fulfillment.
