<h3>Feladatok:</h3>
- Upload and maintain Commercial Terms in GSAP
- Assist with Commercial Terms simulations for the Professional / B2B business
- Contribute to accrual top-up and release activities
- Perform contract checks against GSAP records
- Handle business inquiries and support reporting requirements
- Assist other specialists with routine tasks when needed
- Contribute to improving and maintaining process documentation
<h3>Elvárások:</h3>
- Active or passive university student status
- Ongoing university studies, at least two completed years
- Advanced English knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
<h3>Munkaidő:</h3>
- Working hours on weekdays (between 09:00-17:00)
- Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week
- Long-term development opportunity (at least 6 months with the possibility of extension)
