You will be responsible for material availability supporting a team of Operational Buyers.

• • Continuous support of a team of Operational Buyers
  • Manage order confirmation from Suppliers
  • Mass data upload to ERP system
  • Investigate and resolve reasons of block invoices
  • Collaborate with suppliers

• • Active or passive student status
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
  • Experienced user of MS office
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work in a team
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
