Your Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain the complaint towards the supplier and validate the 8D from the supplier

Introduce and maintain appropriate prevention oriented SQM processes

Continues observation of the quality performance of the supplier

Implementation and execution of escalation process

Leads/ drives Supplier Improvement Programs

Plans, initiate, controls and reports the quality performance Indicators

Reporting/ controlling of key performance (KPIs) indicators for his location

Collecting of the supplier related Non conformance Cost (NCC)

Create and maintain Quality plan at Incoming Inspection for new parts and when relevant

Conduct Incoming Inspection when needed

Define and apply the Ship to Stock rules (STS)

Handle change notification management (PCN/ECR)

Organizing and evaluating supplier audits, tracking actions

Continuous improvement

Implement and maintain a Quality Reporting system

Control the effectiveness of the local SQM processes (Process Reviews)

Ensure that appropriate actions/ measures are initiated based on Quality Reporting

Your Qualifications

Degree in engineering or other related field

At least 3 years of relevant experience at a manufacturing company

Experience for supplier management

Knowledge in supplier manufacturing processes

Advanced level of English language

User level knowledge on MS Office and SAP

Knowledge on Quality standards and statistical methods (SPC, MSA, 8D, Ishikawa)

Great communication skills
