Accounts payable specialist

What You’ll Do

• Process invoices and reconcile monthly statements with precision.
• Keep supplier accounts up to date and resolve queries like a pro.
• Maintain financial records, reports, and ledgers that shine.
• Build and nurture strong supplier relationships.
• Analyze accounts, provide insights, and support audits.
• Tackle month-end closings and other financial tasks with flair.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in accounts payable – you know your stuff.
• Strong English communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, anyone?).
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Integrity and professionalism when handling confidential data.
• Familiarity with general accounting procedures.

It’s a Plus If You Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Insight into stock procedures and reporting.
• A background in finance or accounting studies.
