You will be responsible for:
- Responsible for HR requests as first point of contact to solve respective inquiries across the DACH region
- Support the development of Employee and Manager services standards, processes and policies to provide a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience
- Identify improvement potential within your area of responsibility
- Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SSC
