Our RPO Recruiters typically work at our client’s location, as an integrated part of their HR team. They work closely with our Researcher team who are responsible for sourcing candidates.

RPO Recruiter (IT/Technology)

RESPONSIBILITIES


·        Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top-tier candidates for various positions

·        Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies

·        Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates

·        Manage job postings and candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system

·        Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop successful recruitment plans

·        Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates

·        Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as required

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate documentation and records


QUALIFICATIONS


·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

·        Min. 3 years of experience in IT/Technology recruitment, preferably in an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environment

·        Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment practices and trends

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to effectively source and screen candidates using various sourcing channels and tools

·        Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner

·        Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

·        Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
