Within the HR department the Payroll Specialist is responsible for all the payroll processes (administration, queries) of Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Your main tasks will be
- Completing all payroll processes across all entities
- Ensure data calculation of wages / tax withholdings / deductions
- Keep contact with outsourced payroll provider
- Documentation Management (contracts, employment changes)
- Provide payroll reports, payroll forecasting and budgeting
- Be the first point of contact for all payroll related queries
What you'll need to succeed
- 1+ years’ experience in Payroll (good understanding of Payroll processes)
- Fluent English language
- Economist / Management / Finance degree
- Excellent administration skills (data input, record keeping)
- Effective communication skills, flexibility, accuracy
