Job Concierge / Hunter Dutch Speaking

The role:

• Participation in daily conversations with our Job Coaches and external candidates
• Using modern search techniques to find the most relevant job opportunities for candidates
• Conducting extensive online research to find job openings outside of standard channels
• Exploring relevant online job platforms and webpages on the Belgium market
• Connecting right jobs with right candidates in timely manner
• Being a part of a 3-person team based in Hungary

We are looking for:

• Previous experience in recruitment (sourcing or admin) is an asset
• Familiarity with outplacement operations is a big plus
• Supportive and willing to help others
• Proactive and solution and result oriented approach
• Current knowledge of modern search techniques and online sourcing
• Creativity in online searching
• Professional communication skills - you will deal with many external stakeholders
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must - you will use both languages on daily basis

As a Job Concierge/Hunter you will be joining the supportive team to support one of our business partners` employees at risk of losing their jobs. Since you will take care of the participants in the Dutch market, you will have a chance to use your Dutch language skills during your daily work. market

Please note that you need to visit the office in Budapest minimum once a week or once in every two weeks depending on your location in Hungary.
