POSITION PURPOSE
Join us as an HR Operations Professional, where you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless functioning of HR processes. Your responsibility will be to ensure HR compliance and the precise execution of HROP activities while providing timely and accurate reports for relevant areas.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* PAYROLL COORDINATION: ensure the accuracy of payroll-related data and serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries
* PERSONAL DOCUMENTATION & HR DATABASE MANAGEMENT: ensure the correctness of personal and compensation data and manage personnel files in compliance with local laws
* ONBOARDING & OFFBOARDING PROCESS MANAGEMENT: support new employees during the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the transfer of necessary information
* COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION: calculate bonuses and benefits, supporting global compensation processes
* EMPLOYEE SERVICES: act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HROP processes.
* HR APPLICATION ADMINISTRATION: keep HR systems up-to-date and communicate changes effectively
* EFFICIENCY & QUALITY DEVELOPMENT: identify service delivery issues and collaborate with HR experts to enhance processes

  • Personal documentation & HR database management: ensure the correctness of personal and compensation data and manage personnel files in compliance with local laws
  • Onboarding & offboarding process management: support new employees during the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the transfer of necessary information
  • Compensation & benefits administration: calculate bonuses and benefits, supporting global compensation processes
  • Employee services: act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HROP processes.
  • HR application administration: keep HR systems up-to-date and communicate changes effectively
  • Efficiency & quality development: identify service delivery issues and collaborate with HR experts to enhance processes

    Who You Are:
     
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR
  • Experience in payroll and HR systems, preferably in Nexon and SAP systems
  • Experience with work schedule management and working time frame (shifts for blue-collar workers)
  • Working confidently in multinational environment
  • Communicative proficiency in English and Hungarian
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Thorough, self-organized, detailed-oriented and service-minded personality
