German speaking HR Admin Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all human resource processes such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes,Maternity, Retirement
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR  queries and employee requests from Germany
  • Keep in contact with other departments ( eg. payroll, legal, compensation etc...)
  • Handle employee requests in a precise and timeline manner through HR ticket system
  • Adhere to SLA's and maintain employee staisfaction
  • Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required

Expectations:

  • Fluency in English and German
  • min. 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, onboarding and offboarding processes   
  • Experience in Shared Service environment     
  • Basic understanding of MS Office 
  • SAP or Successfactor knowledge is an advantage                                               
  • Customer focused mindset 
  • Proactivity and precision
  • Outstanding communication and problemsolving skills
