German-speaking HR Admin

As an HR Administrator, your main responsibilities are:

  • Supporting the administration using HR systems and processes,
  • Handling HR administration tasks,
  • Coordinating the preparation and processing of transactional HR procedures,
  • Maintaining the HR database,
  • Assuring timely and accurate processing, adhering to integrity review and audit criteria,
  • Managing purchasing orders,
  • Supporting service delivery within established SLAs.

  You are the ideal candidate for the HR Admin position if you have:
  • HR Admin or Order Management or Customer Service experience,
  • Processes knowledge using Ticketing system or SAP system or SuccessFactors,
  • Fluent German knowledge.
