The Recruiter plays a key role in developing and delivering candidate attraction strategies and effective talent pool management. Your responsibilities include using various channels to attract potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs, as well as shortlisting relevant candidates based on the business needs and role specifications, providing relevant feedback and reporting out on recruitment activities. If you are innovative, have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media, have managed candidate talent pools before and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d be thrilled to meet you! Ultimately, you will proactively work on our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees – and be a vital part in building the TE organization of the future!What you would do: Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing) Coordinate with Relationship Managers & Hiring Managers to determine position requirements and sourcing strategy during kick-off calls Collaborate closely with the Relationship Managers throughout the recruitment process Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, Google X-Ray) Post job openings on company portal and additional sites Report on the sourcing progress challenges and solutions. Craft and send candidate communication emails Screening and interviewing candidates via phone/MS Teams Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Promote internal Employee Referral Program from current employees and external networks Maintain candidate databases (via ATS) Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities Promote our employer brand online and offline What your background should look like: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business, or similar field Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar role either for a recruitment agency or in a corporate environment Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally SuccessFactors) and Candidate Relationship Management Tools (CRM) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates Effective time-management abilities Fluent English is necessary #EMEATACompetenciesValues: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation What TE Connectivity offers: We offer competitive rewards & compensation.
