Responsibilities

  • Mapping in-house developments, designing training courses, and preparing training material.
  • Constantly maintaining the latest professional, training domain-related knowledge.
  • Conducting training sessions in a virtual environment.
  • Responsible for Moodle/Ilias tools or other Learning management system usage.
  • Effectively using any integration, rotation, and growth programs on the individual/team level.

Requirements

  • Have 2 years of professional experience within a BPO/SSC environment.
  • Constantly maintains the latest professional, training domain-related knowledge.
  • Possess effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Effectively works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Effectively delivers training sessions in English as well as in Hungarian.
