Senior Recruitment Specialist
- Undertake assigned hiring activities end-to-end focusing on blue collar positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and selection methods.
- Develop policies and procedures to find and attract the most suitable candidates and fulfil hiring deadlines.
- Explores all possible channels and connects with potential candidates online and offline, screens applications and supports hiring managers.
- Responsible for tracking all relevant recruitment data and reporting.
- Support and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Represent the company at different hiring events.
- Monitor and follow-up on the annual hiring plan of blue-collar positions.
- Building talent pools for future blue-collar openings.
- Continuous development of the hiring processes.
