Then please read further because we would like to hear from you! Our Exciting Opportunity:Actively partnering with our regional and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, improving the effectiveness of the selection while providing a great candidate experience. You will also be the first point of contact for the European Hiring Managers and/or Local Talent Specialist when it comes to defining recruitment needs, sourcing, and screening approach. In this role you will:Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialist in the markets to identify position requirements and develop/deploy tailored recruitment strategiesIdentify the most appropriate sourcing strategy to meet the requirements (posting, active searching, talent pipeline, etc.)Perform telephone interviews with shortlisted candidatesSchedule and co-chair interviews with Team Leaders and Hiring ManagersMonitor hiring processes and provide excellent candidate experienceEnsure compliance with employee data protection policies As our ideal candidate you will have:Bachelor’s or Masters' degree (in HR or Business Administration).Excellent communication skills in French and English (both written and verbal)At least 3 years’ experience in Recruitment preferably in an international company and/or shared services HR function.Experience in ATS systems.
