SENIOR RECRUITER

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment projects
Excellent communication, influencing and customer / stakeholder management skills
Advanced communication and negotiation skills, strong networking ability
Experience and knowledge of overall HR processes and operation is an advantage
Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, prioritize own workload
Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures, attention to details
Process mapping and documentation skills and experience
Enjoy working with people and show genuine caring
Self-motivated and proactive, easy going personality
Responsible, dependable, and hard-working
Able to multi-task, solution-oriented personality

Language Requirement:
Hungarian, fluent/ native English

Job Responsibilities

Driving innovative and digital recruitment strategies to reach wide pool of candidates
Participation in the creation of sourcing strategies
Driving and participating in recruitment and process simplification activities in local HR area
Liaising and working with HR managers to prepare job profiles and drive candidate generation
Provide consultation to HR managers regarding to the sourcing and selection process.
Delivering interviews and candidate assessments, help schedule language test and 2nd rounds
Developing pipeline of talent, identifying resources for filling positions.
Communicating with candidates during the recruitment and on-boarding process, ensuring their engagement
Working within application tracking system platform to register candidates’ profiles, tracking recruitment process status (SuccessFactor)
Attending careers events, universities, and other similar places to grow candidate pool
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Covering all activities related to all people structural changes
Processing complaints and investigations: track the progress, report, help in solving the problems, collaborate with legal and payroll
Ad-hoc HR related activities, for example Back up to HR generalist

Job Description

Provide the highest level of customer service by creating, maintaining, and developing clear Recruitment / HR processes as well as assisting the HR team and fulfilling their needs. (Recruitment activities 80%, other HR related activities 20%)

You will be

working in a new and modern office environment with easy public transport access (Budapart Gate)
