SENIOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Job Qualifications:
Previous working experience as a Payroll Specialist for min. 5 years
Payroll & Social security administrator or any similar qualification
Experience with social security disbursement office, at least for 3 years
Fluent / negotiation level of English is a must
Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles and payroll best practices
Great attention to detail and confidentiality
Exquisite math and numerical and great problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Outstanding organizational and time management as well as communication skills

Language Requirement:
Fluent / nearly native English

Job Responsibilities:
Gather information on hours worked for each employee
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
Enter data into payroll and administrative databases, receive approval from upper management
Support social security related payments (TB)
Gather information on taxes and payment of employee benefits
Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
Assist HR related processes when no payroll cycle is running
Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
Preparing reports for other departments or for external parties/authorities
Detect and process issues related to uncollected payroll

Reports to: Chief Accountant

Job Description:
Provide the highest level of support on the payroll process and any related processes, answer payroll related questions to employees and management.
