To support the culture transformation and HR strategy with focus on the capability development and design/execution of the integrated Leadership development agenda by conducting and developing leadership programs, short burst sessions, 360 measures, team interventions, action learnings, team coaching and executive coaching. To develop and implement robust people and capability development tools, systems, practices, and processes that respond to the business need, drive excellent employee experience and apply a radical simplified approach.

  • Support the local culture transformation and learning and development strategy, processes, practices by designing, developing and conducting leadership and soft skill development programs and activities in line with both global programs and local needs.
  • Communicate with influences managers across functions, in relation to assessing and building future culture and people capability and ensuring engagement of all learning and development activities across the organization.
  • Proactively review and understand the global learning and development practices, builds knowledge and competence experimenting with new ideas/technologies and ensures that the local market practice is aligned and able to deliver change where necessary.
  • Execute learning design activities (e.g. training needs gap analysis, interacting with vendors / building content to design curriculums, learning campaigns) and coach performance
  • Develop and implement robust leadership and capability development tools, systems, practices and processes that respond to the business need, bringing together the learning tools, learning platforms and learning content into plans, events, initiatives that are easy to use, scales and delivers a great learner experience.
  • Understand various learning and development procedures and concepts to effectively ensure the execution and delivery of all key talent and capability initiatives and priorities across the local market aligned to the wider 
  • Collaborates with Internal Communications to create, promote and evangelise learning campaigns and support with mind-set shifts.
  • Confident to develop and roll-out and run leadership development programs for line managers across all business units 
  • Run and facilitate training programs and workshops as per business requirements to improve competence, knowledge, and skills of all staff and to develop team effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the local implementation of e-learning programs and for boosting the local use of e-learnings mainly in the leadership area, but also supports the initiative in the entire organization.
  • Manages functional and cross-functional leadership and soft skill development project work streams to ensure that our strategic priorities, objectives, targets and milestones are delivered as per the plan Vendor management.


  • College / university degree in HR / Business / psychology
  • Fluent English
  • 5+ years’ experience as acting leadership capability trainer and organisation development consultant (Certified Coach might be an advantage)
  • Subject matter expert in area of designing and delivering leadership and capability development initiatives
  • Proven experience in organization development and change management
  • Experience in working with global teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Great time and priority management
  • Project Management skills/experiences
  • Operational excellence
  • Effectively manage changes (environment and project)
  • Capable of resolving conflicts, good influencing skills
