Sales & Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Sales & Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Sales & Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the candidate database, and collaborating with the sales team for more efficient business development.

• End-to-end recruitment (recruitment, interviewing, candidate management)
• Passive candidate sourcing, candidate database building
• Create new business opportunities by developing valuable relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop your skills in various recruitment projects
• Incorporating the most effective techniques and methods into recruitment processes
• Ensuring Candidates and Clients high-level satisfaction through their journey with Adecco

• You are a person who is always ready to take action, and you care about people and helping them find the best position for them.
• You are confident speaking English with foreign clients and candidates, both orally and in writing.
