Sales Development Representative

HeatVentors (, a leading edge cooling & heating technology provider company, is on a mission to help infrastructure owner to build secure, high-efficiency cooling and heating solutions. Our HeatTank™ technology not only significantly reduces cooling or heating energy consumption, but also impacts on our clients’ CO2 emissions as well. We are growing and now have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our energetic and collaborative Team. You will be responsible to ensure that the sales pipeline has the necessary numbers of pre-qualified leads.
The SDR role requires a hunter-mentality and skills to follow up on marketing generated leads and perform independent prospecting. Experience conducting business over phone and professional proficiency in English are essential for success. Proficiency in another European language will be considered an advantage.


  • Generate and pre-qualify leads
  • Master HeatVentors target market, business drivers and strategies to position HeatVentors products as a value-add solution
  • Reach out to and follow up with respondents from a variety of marketing programs to qualify potential business applications
  • Execute the necessary daily activities to meet your monthly goals
  • Leverage all contacts to identify other prospects through referrals
  • Identify decision makers and company goals to position HeatVentors appropriately
  • Provide Inside Sales Representatives with solid prospect background on role to ensure high-quality prospect transition into the sales process
  • Track all activity in our CRM system to support account and management teams


  • At least 3 years’ experience conducting business and building relationships over phone and email, with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written capabilities in English (professional proficiency)
  • German, French, Italian or another European language will be considered an advantage
  • Interest in a high-tech sales career
  • Engineering or technical background is a plus
  • Proactive mentality and can-do attitude is a must in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a customer-focused attitude
  • Strong time management skills
  • Previous experience in building maintenance, air-conditioning/heating related enterprise is a plus
  • Previous experience working with data center sector is a plus
  • CRM experience is a plus
