Recruitment Team Leader

Your role…

As a Team Leader you will run a successful recruitment desk, leading from the front to motivate and inspire a specialist team. You will demonstrate expertise as a recruiter in your own specialist market and act as an example to your team in candidate and client facing activities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing business opportunities through targeted cold calling, attending sales meetings, sales presentations, client visits and networking events 
  • Growing the business by exploring potential opportunities and cross selling other Reed solutions within the existing client portfolio through activities such as service reviews and client visits 
  • Fostering and developing close working relationship with our varied client portfolio in the SSC sector. 
  • Encouraging and supporting your team to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for their clients by leading by example. 
  • End-to-end recruitment responsibility with the support of an experienced sourcer. 
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed by yourself and your team to meet legislative and internal quality/compliance requirements. 
  • Identify current and future market trends, working with your team to ensure a robust pipeline of candidates. 
  • Analyse financial data for your team to identify potential opportunities and threats, applying resources where needed to maximise profitability. 
  • Set, monitor, and manage daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales activity for your team in order to drive optimum performance. 
  • Maintain good morale within your team to keep motivation levels high. 
  • Carry out day to day management of your team including time keeping, attitude, performance, and absence management.

What we require:

  • English and Hungarian fluency 
  • College/University degree 
  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably managerial experience 
  • Open, honest, and fair attitude 
  • Positive and optimistic and 
  • Self-motivated to perform
