As a Recruiter Growwer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and advising HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers on strategic hiring decisions. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment and selection process and help implement new tools and techniques across the group. Additionally, you will support international projects led by the Group Recruitment Manager, working in an international, dynamic environment.

• Your Background: You have a university or college degree, preferably in economics or human resources. An HR degree or knowledge of employment law is an advantage.
• Your Experience: You have at least 1 years of relevant experience in HR projects and recruitment. Experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing techniques is a must.
• Your Skills: You are proficient in project management, have excellent time management skills, and can conduct effective interviews using diverse selection tools and methods. You are also skilled in using ATS (preferably Taleo) and MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Your Personality: You are results-driven, proactive, and have strong communication and collaboration skills. You work well independently, pay attention to detail, and have a structured way of thinking. You are customer-centric and able to challenge the status quo when needed.
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English and Hungarian.
