End to end recruitment process: create adverts, screen CVs and pre-screen applicants, conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
Manage internal and external recruiting platforms.
Work together with HR Manager in the creation of company guidelines and policies.
Work together in HR-related projects with the HR Manager and Management team.
Close cooperation with recruiting agencies, head-hunter and other relevant provider.
Participating in Employer Branding tasks and coordinating respective measures.
Participating on job fairs and organizing them.
Search, select and implement recruitment tool.
2-3-year experience in recruiting and personnel selection activities (white collar positions)
University or college degree
Fluency in English is a must
Outstanding communication skills
Able to work effectively in a team.
Organized and reliable.
Transparent and communicative.
Problem solving/analytical thinking.
High level MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
