Premium home appliances brand is looking for a PRODUCT TRAINER into its marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will play a key role in training of products for your own team and to external stakeholders as well. You will have a chance to use your creativity and organise different kinds of cooking events, workshops, fairs cooperating with chefs. It is a complex role with product management tasks, besides being an event host and spokesperson as well.

Product Trainer


  • Provide training to sales, customer service team, service technicians to enhance their product and customer engagement capabilities, and to external partners, customers in all sales channels where relevant
  • Being a spokesperson of our brands in the eyes of our partners, visitors, influencers, colleagues
  • Prepare, continuously update training materials
  • Preparation of yearly training plan 
  • Ensure required documentation for partners regarding the products
  • Download new product related information and coordinate launch with regional management team (demands, product mix required, channel management)
  • Prepare product communication materials to internal and external local stakeholders, ensure a flawless information flow to sales team and all employees and then retail-partners about novelties, price-lists, promotions
  • Coordinate the organization of cooking lessons and product demos (from communication through registration to follow-up of guests) 
  • Organisation and execution of events in the company’s showroom, trade fairs and collaboration with local chefs


  • Preferably 3-5 years experience as a trainer
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Affinity for home appliances, new technologies and innovation in the products
  • Affinity to premium products and services
  • Comfortable with cooking events and using kitchen appliances
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Confident attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Practical attitude, able to manage projects end to end
  • Intermediate business planning skills and business mindset
  • Easy going, open minded, kind, team player personality who is talkative, extroverted and who can connect easily to all kinds of people
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
