Polish Speaking Payroll Specialist

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll (including benefits, sick leave payment and taxes)
  • Gather information on hours worked for each employee
  • Update and maintain payroll related information in the system, provide reports
  • Sick leave days registration and calculation based on Social Security Laws
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
  • Delivery of an effective, efficient HR service in line with the SLAs
Requirements:
  • University degree preferably in HR/Finance/Economics
  • Strong knowledge in end-to-end Payroll Processing
  • Relevant working knowledge in ERP systems
  • Fluent English and Polish skills
  • Willingness to participate in a transition
