Payroll Vendor Manager

Feladatok

Responsibilites will be the following: 

  • Visionary Builder: Establish and lead the development of a new vendor management vertical for global payroll operations
  • Strategic Leader: Collaborate with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payments for global teammates, aligning with business goals
  • Service Provider Mindset: Define a strategic vision for third-party partnerships to enhance payroll service delivery and support business growth
  • Partnership and Governance: Implement best practices and governance frameworks for vendor relationships, emphasizing performance review and alignment with company objectives
  • Negotiation Expertise: Drive contract negotiations with payroll vendors, covering pricing, service levels, and compliance, while managing vendor relationships effectively
  • Vendor Selection Framework: Develop and oversee processes for evaluating and selecting payroll partners, ensuring alignment with operational needs and industry standards
  • Change Management: Lead transformation initiatives with payroll vendors, managing change activities and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement in payroll services through automation and technology adoption, focusing on efficiency gains and service quality enhancements

Követelmények

  • 6+ years of experience in Vendor management, preferably in the field of payroll services
  • experience in dynamic, fast-paced multinational environment
  • fluent english knowledge
  • capability of building and developing a new vendor management vertical from scratch and designing strategic visions for scalable payroll service delivery with third-party vendors
  • skilled in overseeing vendor performance
  • ability to develop frameworks for vendor selection and review processes
  • excellent communication skills for engaging with vendors, internal teams, and senior leadership
