• Development of an operating model between the company and its subcontractors 
• Coordinating the preparation of  business plan and the annual cost planning for transport costs, and continuously measuring and analysing deviations between the plan and the actual numbers
• Proposing process-improving and efficiency-increasing solutions to eliminate deficiencies identified in the performance evaluation and managing their implementation
• Responsible for the procurement of external transport capacities in accordance with logistics and procurement guidelines
• Coordination and professional support of tendering and contracting processes
• Responsible for creating transport contracts related to logistics activities, as well as ensuring smooth cooperation of the company within the framework of the concluded contracts

The logistic department of the organization is currently looking for perfomance management expert, who can effectively contribute to the development of processes with their professional knowledge.

• College degree in economics or engineering
• 3+ years of professional experience
• English knowledge
• Driver's license - category B
