NI is seeking a The Talent Growth Program Manager who oversees the development, implementation, adoption, measurement, reporting and maintenance of global TD programs and projects across the lifecycle. These programs enable the attraction, retention, and development of our talent through business-focused efficient, and innovative solutions.

Specifically, this position defines and implements program plans, budgets, and schedules ensuring coordinated planning and development of the program and projects including content, resources, and materials. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the program lifecycle from development to implementation to adoption including program evaluations and metrics
  • Direct project activities, manage scope changes, mitigate risks, and ensure the completion of phases and deliverables
  • Serve as the Project Manager for new and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Define target audience and promote program effectively via appropriate learning paths
  • Conduct program planning including establishment and management of timelines, facilitate review and feedback process with stakeholders
  • Work with business leadership to identify candidates as local trainers

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, marketing, business, or human resources preferred
  • 3-5 years of functional, technical, consulting or project management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication English skills
  • Holistic view – able to see the big picture in perspective and be detailed oriented in execution
  • Global experience/responsibilities preferred
