You will be responsible for:
- Act as point of contact for the DACH region and manage and keep track on regional learning activities
- Support in learning demands analysis and set up regional training plan, schedule and organize training offerings
- Support the learning services of HR SSC to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience and customer satisfaction
- Drive the foundation setting of learning standards, processes and policies across the HR SSC
- Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
