IT Recruiter

YOUR MAIN TASKS IN THIS POSITION

  • Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment ensuring a consolidated list of available candidates for the hiring managers
  • Operating recruiting and selection processes based on best practices and considering MOL’s organization plans and company objectives
  • Building applicant sources&pools by researching, networking and contacting agencies and social media while cooperating with headhunter vendor contacts
  • Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications based on alignment with Hiring Managers 
  • Ensuring proper preselection and screening of applicants by determining applicant qualifications via testing system, analysis of test reports, and comparing their qualifications to job requirements

FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience at recruitment agencies or multi companies especially as a technical recruiter
  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian both spoken and written
  • Ms Office and ATS (preferably Taleo) knowledge, SAP is an advantage
  • Excellent cooperation skills, team work experience and customer centric approach
