IT talent acquisition specialist/administrator (1 year term)

Our multinational Partner is looking for an IT Recruitment Specialist to their team to assist with the preselection of the IT candidates.

Role and responsibilities

  • Take part in the pre-selection process of candidates applied internally and externally to ExxonMobil Hungary
  • Lead phone-screening activities and further interview scheduling
  • Undertake HR administrative tasks
  • Understand the company's structure, policies
  • Liaise with hiring managers and deliver candidates to their recruitment/ business needs
  • Collaborate with the local HR Team
  • No need for sourcing

Profile

  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Min 1 year of experience in Recruitment in a matrix organization
  • English is a must
  • Background in IT recruiting is a plus
