HR Business Partner Manager

Are you passionate about HR and ready to take on exciting challenges? We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to support and lead a team of 5 HR Business Partners while driving meaningful projects across our organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Be part of integrating newly acquired companies and shaping their HR compliance.
• Support organizations in establishing independent operations.
• Tackle innovative HR challenges, including contributing to the gastronomic transformation of Hungary’s largest gas station network.
• Dive into HR tasks related to waste management and its integration into the MOL world.
• Provide professional support to MOL level II, III and IV managers.
• Participate in the standardization of cross-border organizational structures.
• Help shape the continuous renewal of the IT organization to meet market demands.
• Gain insights into other functional areas supporting core business operations.
