Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
People Strategy: Partners with
the plant leadership team to understand and execute human resources and talent
strategies, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs,
recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Recruiting: Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include
recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly
for managerial and professional roles; collaborates with plant managers to
understand skills and competencies required for openings (with a strong
dedication to the blue collar sector).
Business Partner: Be part of decisions concerning organization
and people, build a strong network with all level employees in the plant and
drive local HR strategy in the context of global/corporate alignment.
Internal Communication & Engagaement: initiate and
monitor communications to employees or internal events, develop and keep the
company image and NIO culture on high level in internal and external channels.
Continuing to build our NIO Value Driven Culture in the plant.
HR Process Managament: collatborate with EU office and the Headquarter, guarantee the right application of the legal rules in the different dimensions of the Social Law including GDPR and the service rendered to the employees and the managers. May participate in global HR projects.
Employee Relation: You had deep knowledge on Hungarian Labor Code
, oversee employees disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Work togather with legal team and leadership team to solve all ER issues.
Training: participate in development and implementation of
training and development plan for plant employees.
Personnel Administration & Payroll: Partner with
payroll agency for payroll setup/processing and social insurance/benefit
enrollment and management. You will also manage salary increase & bonus
processes for Hungary.
8+ years’ experience in human resources.
Bachelor/Master in Human Resources / Business Management / Labor
Law or similar strongly preferred.
Full function HR expereince to setup businss from ground highly
Good understanding of the local territory and the local labor
Expert of labor regulations and labor law.
HR experience with Industrial or/and Plant background.
Experience in union negotiations and employee relations.
Experience managing senior internal and external stakeholders at
multiple levels, strong leadership and relationship building.
English, both written and spoken.
Start up mindset.
