The position:
HR specialist
Task:
- Being responsible for organizing internal and external trainings
- Providing administrative support to our HR and Payroll Department
- Keeping contact with temporary work agencies
- Taking part in blue and white collar recruitment processes
- Creating job advertisements
- Holding consultation on a regular weekly basis to support our colleagues in HR or payroll related questions
- Taking part in HR projects
- Organising company events and arranging business trips
- Being in charge of job descriptions and employee’s occupational health examination
- Maintaining our Cafeteria system
Expectation:
- Finished university/college degree (ideally with HR specification)
- Experience in trainings is an advantage
- Good verbal and written English skills (at least B2)
- 3-5 years working experience in HR area
- Good communication skills are also essential
- Build good relationship with employees and other stakeholders
- Demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize own workload
- Ability to work in projects
- Supporting and emphatic mindset is important
